  • Stay within strength and conditioning coaching; you won't be asked to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Who You Are
  • You love helping people get stronger, move better, and stay injury-free.
  • You are a confident communicator who can lead a room, whether it's one person or a unit-wide workshop.
  • You are comfortable adapting your approach to fit different fitness levels, schedules, and mission demands.
  • You work well independently but also enjoy being part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team.
  • You understand — or want to understand — military life and what it takes to support service members.
