Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany – 86th Medical Group
Start Date: 30 September 2025
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 0700–1630, excluding U.S. Federal holidays)

Do you have a passion for patient care and want to support U.S. military families stationed overseas? French Consulting is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Referral Management Center at Ramstein Air Base. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth patient flow, manage referrals, and directly support access to specialty healthcare for service members and their families.

What You’ll Do

Referral Management & Nursing Support

Process, schedule, and track patient referrals within the MTF and network providers.
Verify patient enrollment in MHS GENESIS/DEERS and update demographics as needed.
Provide health benefits advice and pre-appointment instructions to patients.
Follow-up on pending results and ensure documentation is complete in medical records.

Patient Care & Collaboration

Provide professional, compassionate nursing support to patients and families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Participate in meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved National League of Nursing LPN program.
Current, unrestricted nursing license in the U.S.
Experience with TRICARE, referral management, or healthcare administration preferred.
Proficient in medical terminology and electronic health records.
U.S. Citizenship required.
