Location:  RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom
Start Date: 1 Jun–1 Jul 26   Schedule: Full-Time (On-Site, 5 Days/Week)

Make a Difference Behind the Mission
Are you a seasoned facility database professional ready to lead a team at one of the largest U.S. military treatment facilities in Europe? French Consulting is seeking a Medical Facility Data Specialist — Level III (Senior Lead) at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom — the only European AOR site with a three-specialist DHA Facility Database team. As the Level III lead, you are the on-site subject matter expert, the primary liaison between the Facility Manager and the Data Specialist team, and the person DHA and the AOR Manager turn to first when they need answers. Your leadership sets the standard for data quality, team performance, and mission execution at one of EUCOM's premier military healthcare installations.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Site Coordination
  • You'll serve as the direct liaison between RAF Lakenheath Facility Management staff and the DHA Facility Database team — owning on-site communication, task coordination, and performance accountability for the full three-specialist team.
  • You'll assign and oversee day-to-day DHA Facility Database tasks across the team, ensure all modules and deliverables are current and compliant, and escalate site-specific issues to the AOR Manager with documented findings and recommended corrective actions.
  • You'll support the onboarding and informal mentoring of Level I and Level II Data Specialists at the site, ensuring they are proficient in DHA Facility Database procedures and meet DHA data quality standards.
Facility Data Management & Reporting
  • You'll maintain DHA Facility Database records across all modules — facility inventory, room inventory, equipment, project management, and regulatory compliance — with the accuracy and completeness that a high-volume MTF demands.
  • You'll conduct 100% Room Inventory per DHA taskers, upload drawings within 10 business days of receipt, flag expiring regulatory compliance items monthly, and lead the monthly work request closeout process for the team.
  • You'll participate in Facility Management Team meetings, Environment of Care tours, and Facility Space Utilization Board sessions, representing the full Data Specialist team and providing authoritative DHA Facility Database input.

Who You Are

You are thorough and reliable — you understand that incomplete facility data has real downstream consequences for DHA's capital planning. You communicate professionally with Facility Managers, Operations and Maintenance staff, and DHA personnel, and you know when to ask questions and when to execute. You thrive in a structured, on-site environment where your presence and consistency are the most valuable things you bring to the team every day.

Required Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience with DHA facility database systems, per PWS §4.6.1.5.3. This position applies exclusively at facilities with three or more assigned Data Specialists.
Demonstrated ability to lead peer Data Specialists, coordinate directly with senior Facility Management staff, and serve as the on-site DHA Facility Database subject matter expert.
Strong communication skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; English fluency. CAC eligibility within 120 days of hire (favorably adjudicated NACI or equivalent); compliance with applicable SOFA for the United Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a large, multi-building Military Treatment Facility; familiarity with EUCOM or USAFE installation operating environments. Prior formal team lead, supervisor, or senior technician experience. Familiarity with CAD/DrawBase tools or enterprise reporting platforms.

Why You'll Love It Here

🌍  Live and work on a U.S. military installation in Europe — a professional and personal experience that few people ever get the chance to have.
🇺🇸  Every record you maintain directly supports the readiness of the U.S. military healthcare system abroad — your daily work is genuinely mission-critical.
✈️  May be eligible for SOFA privileges, installation amenities, and stable employment on a funded U.S. government contract in one of the world's most strategically important regions.
