Title: FAP Support Specialist
Location: Ansbach, Germany
Start Date: Immediately
Job-Type: Part Time On Call with leading to Full Time in May 2025

PTOC: Hourly Flexible = Substitute and replace personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the ACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in English (reading, writing). Read, write, and speak English at Level 4 (fluency.)
Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet -Customer Service experience
The ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e. marketing, correspondence, minutes, professional emails, etc.)
Effective interaction with various individuals is imperative.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning, programming, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide Family Advocacy Program Services.
Administrative actions (material requisitioning, Quality Control, financial control, meetings, and correspondence.)
Prepare reports, schedule training, and maintain the database.
