Operational Support Specialist is especially responsible for management, operation and delivery of Project Management Office products and services at multiple locations. Managing and supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of area-wide PMO, and controlled entities programs, activities and obligations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management methodologies in order to work with intricate, to work with intricate, multifaceted projects.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally in Polish and English
- Able to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
- Knowledge of government contracting environment, management/business plans and program reporting is a plus.
- Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are a must.
- Must be motivated and a self-improved.
- Strong computer skills, MS Office Suite, emphasis on Excel.
- Must have a driving license (B)
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Self-manage and co-ordinate the project tasks of designated PMO Operational Support Assistants to achieve agreed standards within their allocated area of work.
- Resolve operational problems within their allocated area of work and analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
- Handle escalated issues within their allocated area of work and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
- Develop relationship with local vendors and client supports
- Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate current operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop a support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues within their allocated area of work.
- Organize and input data into Microsoft Office 365 and other platforms as required.
- Assists with project communication and documentation regarding status of projects.
- Assists with management of tasks related to project completion.
- Track key project tasks, monitor project deliverables and timelines, organize project related meetings and develop reports and other deliverables as assigned.
- Must be present on site and performs other related duties at Project sites as assigned.
