    • Maintain trend and historical records in Microsoft Office applications; all work products are Government property.
  • Deliver routine fitness reports, a weekly status report for staff meetings, and quarterly analyses to the 93 AGOW Director of Human Performance and Command Psychologist.
  • Recommend corrective actions for issues or deficiencies that affect unit performance, readiness, or training, along with mitigation and prevention measures.

Injury Prevention & Return to Training
  • Coordinate individualized exercise programs for a safe and expeditious return to training after injury.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the operators’ medical support staff and refer anyone with an apparent new or undiagnosed medical condition for evaluation.
  • Attend staff meetings with the squadron commander as needed to evaluate training programs and identify improvements.

Facility, Equipment & Operations
  • Keep equipment and facilities organized, clean, inspected, and safe, and report any equipment not in safe working order.
  • Assist with supply inventories and recommend optimal equipment and supplies.
  • Advise on the layout of the human performance facility and help develop facility standard operating procedures, guidelines, and exercise protocols.
  • Support occasional surge operations and, when authorized, CONUS travel in support of exercises, TDYs, and mission-related meetings.

Who You Are
  • A coach who thrives working with elite and tactical athletes and understands how physical readiness drives mission success.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable turning testing data into clear recommendations for commanders.
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with operators and collaborates easily with medical, psychology, and command staff.
  • Physically capable and able to demonstrate every exercise and technique you prescribe, including in austere environments.
  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working inside the DoD culture, policies, and processes.
