French Consulting is seeking an Emergency Medicine Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a dynamic medical setting. In this role, you will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to stabilize, treat, and support patients in urgent and emergent situations. Your skills will directly contribute to better outcomes and stronger healthcare readiness across military communities.

What You’ll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Excellence
• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate optimal outcomes related to quality, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Perform physical exams and obtain detailed health histories.
• Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and rapidly respond in emergency situations.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide specialized interventions based on patient needs.
Education, Communication & Advocacy
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education to patients and families.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse individuals across the care team.
• Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care when necessary.
• Document and communicate plans and actions clearly to support continuity of care.
Leadership & Oversight
• Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare personnel.
• Assign patient care tasks based on the scope of practice and skill levels of assigned staff.
• Ensure compliance with all established standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines used within the Military Treatment Facility.
Professional Practice & Improvement
• Perform nursing services.
• Conduct or support research efforts to enhance evidence-based practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE-accredited nursing program
• One year of RN experience within the past two years
• Current, full, active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
