- Title: Deputy Program Manager (DPM) for ADCMS IV (Army Direct Care Medical Services)
- Location: 1 Day/week required to work out of HQ in Sinsheim. Remote work is authorized for the remaining days. Frequent site visits required within Germany/Europe (primarily in the KMC area).
- Start Date: position open until filled
- Job-Type: Initially 30hrs/week. Potential to increase hours based upon performance, workload, and new awards.
Job Overview:
Reporting to the Healthcare Operations Manager (HC OM), this position will primarily support all ADCMS IV Task Orders,s including all personnel assigned therein. The successful candidate will monitor and supervise all ADCMS IV Task Order contracts, ensuring all deliverables and contractual objectives are met. This includes, but is not limited to: quality control, recruiting, hiring, relocation assistance, on- and off-boarding, and management of ADCMS Task Order contracting personnel. The DPM will ensure employees adhere to and comply with contractual regulations and procedures. The DPM is expected to develop and provide reports to the HC OM and senior leadership on contract performance. They will also assist the company’s Business Development team in shaping future contract opportunities, identifying and pursuing networking leads, and strengthening the company’s brand.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Operations/Project Management experience in business and management settings. Must have excellent demonstrable experience in utilizing principles of resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
- Solid level knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite of database programs, including (but not limited to): Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in the English Language to include a high level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to understand and speak German is desired but not required.
- Experience with OCONUS U.S. military organizations and installations is preferred.
- Must be extremely organized and capable of completing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- A bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S Government Contracting is preferred.
- U.S military experience (e.g., military retiree living in Germany with EU-wide U.S. installation access) is preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- All aspects of Contract Management
- Manage potential employee Security/Background checks and credentialing
- Interview, make candidate selections, provide salary recommendations, and assist with onboarding and in-processing
- Oversight of timekeeping and absence requests
- Provide Quality Control assurance
- Care and recognition of employees
- Backfill coordination
- Assist with invoicing
- Expense monitoring
- Equipment ordering, maintenance, and inventory as required
- As directed, supervise Project Officers, Team, and/or Site Leads
- As directed, interface with CORs
- Handle safety aspects
- Assist with Business Development (i.e., provide input for technical volumes)
LOCATION
Preference given to individuals currently located within commuting distance of the Kaiserslautern area.
