French Consulting is seeking an IACS Registrar to provide professional customer service and administrative support at U.S. Army Garrison Manheim. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for USAG community members, process access rosters, issue identification credentials, and ensure compliance with U.S. Army regulations governing the Installation Access Control System (IACS) program. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and security of the installation and the well-being of the military community.


What You’ll Do


Customer Service & Access Control
  • Provide frontline customer service and direction to USAG Manheim community members.
  • Issue DBIDS (Defense Biometric Identification System) Cards to authorized personnel.
  • Process access roster lists for individuals requiring installation access for special occasions and on-post functions.
  • Coordinate with the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) and Provost Marshal’s Office (PMO) to ensure accurate information submission.

Administrative Duties
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of IACS operations.
  • Conduct basic data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement and adhere to all applicable U.S. Army regulations related to the IACS Project.
  • Ensure all documentation and submissions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • You are a U.S. citizen over the age of 18 with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
  • You have a background in customer service and know how to engage respectfully and effectively with a diverse community.
  • You are organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a regulated, security-conscious environment.
  • You understand or have experience with the military lifestyle — as a veteran, military spouse, or community member.
  • You take initiative, follow procedures carefully, and take pride in doing your job right.
     

Qualifications


Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or customer service administration.
  • Prior experience with administrative duties or data entry preferred.

Language Proficiency
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Work Authorization & Access
  • Must be a U.S. citizen over the age of 18.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain base access.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
     
Note: This position is not eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
