The Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC) Specialist is responsible for the delivery and execution of project covered by the overall AG Integrated Management Systems (AIMS), policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified industry related standards, company and project requirements. Implements preventive measure and corrective action for non-conforming activities and direct all implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the application of ISO 9001, ISO 27100


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate degree or preferable bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant QA qualifications.
  • At least 3-5 years of industry-related experience including 1-3 years security & defense industry experience.
  • Experience in the implementation and compliance to ISO 9001 and 27100
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Accept responsibility


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Participate in the execution of strategy by support in planning, governing, and managing projects throughout the project management lifecycle in compliance with the project contract requirements i.e. QAQC, HSE, etc.
  • Create QA/QC tracking system and implement QA/QC KPI(s), policies, plans and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance, at the portfolio level, with standards and good practice.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the PMO Quality Plan.
  • Communicate Quality Plan and its objectives to staff, consultants and contractors.
  • Support all consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality plans and procedures and monitor their performance on all Quality matters.
  • Develop and implement audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits.
  • Coordinate quality/safety reviews across the organizations.
  • Develop statistical reports on Quality performance.
  • Identify and communicate lessons learned through program lifecycle.
  • Manage the program quality control testing service.
  • Coordinate and manage any third-party audits as required
