Job Overview
Primary: Data Entry Specialist: responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in the systems (Microsoft Platform) and ensuring that it is accessible and reliable for other departments. Secondary: Networks & Systems Specialist: responsible for creating/implementing IT networks for PMO. Will work closely with various teams to ensure that data integrity is maintained, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organisation. The ideal candidate is an organised, efficient, and detail-oriented individual passionate about working with numbers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is preferred
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management methodologies in order to work with intricate, multifaceted projects.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally in Polish and English
- Able to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs.
- Knowledge of government contracting environment, management/business plans and program reporting is a plus.
- Excellent communications, presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are a must.
- Must be motivated and a self-improved.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management software.
- Familiarity with data processing tools, like Microsoft tools, SQL, Google Sheets, or CRMs.
- Preferable experience in using Microsoft D365, PowerPlatform and Power Automate, SharePoint Online and related M365 workloads as well as experience with integrating and connecting Power Apps with various data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Entering data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and other services and third-party applications.
- Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and correcting them as necessary.
- Maintaining the integrity and security of all data entered.
- Monitoring and recording received data and source documents.
- Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it is entered.
- Responding to data inquiries from other departments or clients.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Creating reports and generating data sets as required.
- Provide business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI (preferable).
- Develop and support custom CRM Power Apps (preferable)
- Provide business solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, the Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse and SharePoint Online to recommend and implement improvements
- Estimate, plan, and manage all his/her work and report on progress.
- Effectively document all his/her work for knowledge sharing within the team
- Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Secondary: On site support of AGL Networks & Systems Team, if needed:
- Installing and configuring network equipment; Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management; Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all system
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
