Job Overview

Healthcare Professionals are needed to provide medical services to supplement the medical staff in support of the Military Treatment Facilities and Health Clinics within the U.S. Army Medical Command, Regional Health Command Europe, and other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, including the US Navy and US Air Forces in Europe.
 

Qualifications

  • Degree:  Certificate.  High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency completed. Completion of the Administrative Assistant program.
  • Experience:   Two years experience with U.S. Military Healthcare delivery system and benefits or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment.  Two years of working experience in a medical office or clinic environment.  One year experience with Composite Health Care System (CHCS) or other Civilian Healthcare Computer System

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

  • Perform administrative services in support of the Referral Management Center (RMC) as required on the TO.  Services include but are not limited to:  Referral appointing, health benefits advice, referral tracking, and customer service.
 

DOCPER/SOFA/Logistical Support Status

This position is eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) supplemental agreement articles 72 or 73.
