Location: Ansbach, Germany
Start Date: January 2026
Schedule: Part-time (20 Hours)

We're seeking a Relocation Readiness Assistant to support Army Community Service (ACS) operations in Ansbach, Germany. This role ensures Soldiers and Family Members receive the guidance and resources needed to successfully navigate military life OCONUS.

This is an excellent fit for candidates with prior military support experience or those who are service-minded, adaptable, and thrive in people-focused roles.

What You’ll Do

  • Attend and document Relocation Assistance Coordinating Council (RACC) meetings.
  • Maintain and distribute ACS Welcome Packets.
  • Promote and support the Total Army Sponsorship Program, including spouse sponsorship.
  • Provides relocation support services, to provide information and support to military, civilian personnel and their families
  • Provides sponsorship training and support and newcomer orientation and counseling

Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree from Accredited College / University in General Studies OR 1 year of information & referral and/or 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Must have read, understand, speak, and write clearly in English (non-native English speakers must provide a certificate of language proficiency from the Chamber of Commerce or other certified language testing centers, such as the IELTS).
  • Must have good customer relations skills and must be able to react appropriately in stressful and / or uncomfortable situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Must be a DoD ID card holder
