French Consulting is seeking a Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services within a dynamic healthcare environment. In this role, you will ensure safe, effective medication therapy, counsel patients, and collaborate with providers—all while supporting a mission that impacts real lives daily.

What You’ll Do
Comprehensive Patient Care
• Perform a full range of pharmacist procedures in accordance with facility capabilities.
• Counsel patients on appropriate medication use, safety, and therapy expectations.
• Review patient profiles at dispensing to closely monitor therapy and ensure clinical appropriateness.
Medication Safety & Review
• Verify prescription directions, dosing, drug interactions, allergies, therapeutic duplications, and age-specific considerations.
• Intervene with prescribing providers when discrepancies or safety concerns are identified.
• Ensure the accuracy of all pharmaceutical products prepared or processed by pharmacy technical staff.
Pharmaceutical Preparation & Compounding
• Compound medications as required.
• Maintain high standards of precision, sterility, and compliance.
Inventory & Compliance Management
• Oversee inventory control for all pharmaceuticals, with special attention to scheduled substances.
• Ensure pharmacy security and maintain accurate records in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
• Uphold strict control and documentation of scheduled and controlled substances.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college or university.
• One year of experience as a pharmacist within the last two years.
• Current, full, active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory.
